Getting multiple Log in prompt screens to connect to Business Objects Enterprise repository , when opening a crystal report that contains subreports based on multiple Business Views

Environment

  • Crystal Reports 2008

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Crystal Report based off Business View
  2. Add two subreports based on another Business view
  3. Refresh the report.

Cause

The issue has been identified and logged under Problem Report ID ADAPT01465885

Resolution

This issue has been addressed by Service Pack 4
