How to find the count of modifications for a Crystal Report file

Crystal Reports 2008 (All Versions)

1. Log onto to Crystal Reports designer
2. Open Crystal Report
3. Select File menu -> Summery Info ->Statistics
4. This has one field "Revision Number" which would count the number of times changes have been made to report.

Note : Make sure when you are checking the summary info don’t click OK ..click cancel because it is also considered as a change and would increase the counter.

It will not increase the counter if report is refreshed with new parameter values
