Symptom

  • Text field is cut off at right margin of a report

 

Environment

  • Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010
  • VS2010

Reproducing the Issue

  • Add a text field to a report
  • Copy a paragraph of text into the text field
  • Enable the option "Can Grow"
  • Enable the option "No Printer"
  • Save report and run in a VS2010 application

Cause

  • Issue has been escalated for fix
  • ETA; Service Pack 3
  • ADAPT01606290

Resolution

  • SAP R&D has determined that this is caused by a fault in GDI+ dll
  • Issue needs to be resolved by Miscrosoft
