1670476 - Data Quality reports are not accessible via the Management Console suddenly - Data Services

• Reports option is turned on for appropriate transforms.
• No errors, but cannot access Data Quality reports.
• Cannot access Address Information Code Summary report in Data Services Management Console
• Can see ADDRINFOCODESUMMARY table is populated.
• Can see ADDRINFOCODEDATA table is populated.
• Can see data in the local repository that indicates the report data is being output there correctly.
• Data Quality reports that were able to be viewed in the Management Console the day before, suddenly just spin and never generate to the screen.
