SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1672023 - Error: "Account Information Not Recognized: LDAP Authentication has not been configured to use single sign on... (FWM 00008)” when trying to log in to InfoView in BOE XI 3.1.

Symptom

  • Error: "Account Information Not Recognized: LDAP Authentication has not been configured to use single sign on. Please contact your system administrator (FWM 00008)”  when trying to log in to InfoView.
  • Running the test.jsp script to test trusted authentication shows the following result:
    Attempt Logon with Trusted Authentication:
    Exception encountered during logon attempt: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008).
