1672122 - Error message FF799 or FF775 when release SD invoice to accounting

Symptom

A billing document is created for a company relevant for tax jurisdiction. When release the billing document to accounting, the system stops with error message FF799.
In certain scenarios, message FF775 can also be observed - 'Company code & requires you to enter a tax jurisdiction code'.
