1672513 - How to Preview the Documents for Canceled/Finished Purchase Orders

For canceled/finished purchase order, when try to preview the document, the preview button is inactive. Also, the button 'You can Also' is inactive and it is impossible to select the required output channel to print this document.

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Select Canceled/Finished Purchase Order document.
4. Select Edit.
5. Preview button and the link You Can Also is inactive.

Once Purchase orders is canceled or finished, it is impossible to make any further changes. Thus, preview of changed Purchase order or canceled purchase order is also not possible. In this case, it is only possible to view the already generated output PDF, which can be seen under output history tab.

Use Output History tab to preview the form document for Canceled/Finished Purchase Order.

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Select the relevant Canceled/Finished Purchase Order and select Edit.
4. Go to the Output History tab and select the Canceled/Finished Purchase Order.
5. Save the PDF or take a print out for the Canceled/Finished Purchase Order.

The link 'You Can Also' will be active only when purchase order is in status of  In Preparation/Sent. This link will be inactive when the purchase order status reach Canceled/Finished.

Please note that this is not applicable if the output history is in XML format.  For orders sent by XML format, please kindly use the Print button instead.
