Symptom
Error : "Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. If you are not a member of the default domain, enter your user name as UserName@DNS_DomainName, and then try again. (FWM 00006)" when logon to BI launchpad with Windows AD SSO.
The stdout.log file shows that the there is a problem with the service account:

[DEBUG] Mon Jun 08 12:57:24 CEST 2009 jcsi.kerberos: --- got 104-byte response, initial byte = 0x7e
[DEBUG] Mon Jun 08 12:57:24 CEST 2009 jcsi.kerberos: Message sent sucessfully to KDC: /172.16.0.27:88
The size of the response is too small (104 bytes in this example) and there is not answer from the KDC
