1672939 - Error : "Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on.. (FWM 00006)" when logon to Bi Launchpad with AD SSO

The stdout.log file shows that the there is a problem with the service account:

The size of the response is too small (104 bytes in this example) and there is not answer from the KDC
