1674092 - Change in LDAP or AD password disables the LDAP/AD plugin The secLdap plugin failed to verify the server administration credentials

• LDAP administrator password was changed and now users cannot login with LDAP
• When attempting to change LDAP password in plugin receive error The secLdap plugin failed to verify the server administration credentials
• Even after removing all LDAP groups receive error that there is another error Invalid group name, cannot find group (followed by a list of all previously mapped groups in DN format)
• Error: "The Active Directory Authentication plugin failed to verify the administration credentials for the user "*******\*******" . Please enter the user name as DomainName\UserName or , then try again."

• Error: "Invalid group name, cannot find group (dn of group). 

• TO NOTE: this product issue can affect both AD and LDAP plugins and depending on what steps were done after the initial issue can cause the problem to be much more difficult to resolve. Please read the work arounds before trying to repair this yourself, or apply the patch

This issue was reproduced in SAP Business Intelligence 4.0 SP2
