1677223 - Connect to server failed. Socket closed. - Error when using ClientTest.exe

Symptom

Trying to run ClientTest.exe gives "0: ERROR: 'Connecting to server failed. Socket is closed. (BODI-38)'" error:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Data
Services\bin>ClientTest.exe -Afusion -p4002 -SRT_DCleanse_Service -XC:\TEST\FilesForTesting\Test.xml
0: Connecting to AS at host 'fusion' port '4002' ...
