1677488 - Hourly recurring instance's End Date is ignored and it continues to run indefinitely

Symptom

  • Report or Program instances scheduled to run on an Hourly recurrence may have their scheduled End Date ignored and continue to run indefinitely.
    • For example, a report scheduled to run every 3 hours and with an expiration time only 4 hours in the future, should only run twice:  at creation time, then 3 hours later.  Instead, it continues to run every 3 hours.
