1678098 - How to improve and increase Webi Processing Server memory with XI 3.1 SP 4 running on HPUX IA64.

Symptom

The memory thresholds of the Web Intelligence server on HPUX IA64 is increased to enable servers to use more than 2 GB memory.

According to ADAPT01411966, after upgrading to SP 4, increasing the Webi Server Memory more than 2 GB throws the following error:
"Memory Maximum Threshold (MB) should be withing the following range (1000 to 2000)"
