1678319 - NoClassDefFoundError in step getUsageTypes during export of Distributed or HA environment

• Performing a system copy with using SWPM Tool (SAP note #1680045);
• During export  the database of a Distributed or High Availability (HA) NW 7.0 system, SAPinst fails in step getUsageTypes;
• In sapinst_dev.log, you see the following error in the end of the log:

  ERROR <timestamp> FCO-00011  The step getUsageTypes with step key |NW_Export|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Java_Export_Dialog|ind|ind|ind|ind|5|0|getUsageTypes was executed with status ERROR .
