1678657 - Loading database status RE-FX objects with API

Symptom

You want to load the database status of a master data object with the API function module, for example within a BAdI implementation to check which values had been changed in master data dialog. Although the parameter ‘if_old_data’ is set, the database status is not delivered for the dependant attributes.
