Symptom
When running a Webi Document, a "Ping" pop-up message appears with the following :
- Error: "Infoview cannot connect to server. Close the report panel and try connect again or see you Business Objects administrator"
- Error: "BI LaunchPad cannot connect to server. Close the report panel and try connect again or see you Business Objects administrator"
