How to exclude hyperlinks from Crystal Report export to any of the following formats :-

• PDF
• Microsoft Excel (97-2003)
• Microsoft Word (97-2003) - Editable

Crystal Reports 2008 SP5

1. Launch Crystal Reports Designer
2. Browse to "File" > "Export" > "Report Export Options".
3. Select one of the following format from "Format Options" :-

•              PDF
•              Microsoft Excel (97-2003)
•              Microsoft Word (97-2003) - Editable

    4.   Click "Remove Hyperlink" and click OK.

Note: This Feature was not available in any patch prior to Crystal Reports 2008 SP5
