1682446 - Update termination during results recording for inspection lot

Update termination occurs when saving inspection results using results recording transactions (e.g. QE01, QE51N).

The following update termination is displayed in transaction SM13:

1. QEBU_QAMR_POSTING - V1 Processed
2. MCQ_STATISTICS_UPD_V2_RESULTS - V2 Error
3. QLMSM_POST_QAOBJMS_QAMVRMS - V1 Processed
4. QAPB_QAPP_POST - V1 Processed
