Symptom

  • Unable to logon to the CMS of the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.X while installing the Mobile services on a dedicated machine or installing a second node in the cluster on a cloud landscape (AWS or Azure)
  • Error: "Either the remote CMS cannot be reached, or the logon credentials are incorrect. INS00013” while installing the server components of SAP BusinessObjects Mobile 4.0 on a standalone machine.
