1682710 - Error "The page cannot be found" when accessing CMC deployed on WACS

Symptom

  • When trying to access the Central Management Console (CMC) deployed on WACS (http://server:6405/CMCApp), the following Internet Explorer error message is displayed: "The page cannot be found".
  • The Server Ingelligent Agent (SIA) and the Central Management Server (CMS) are running, all other servers stay on Initializing state. 
  • Web Application Container Server (WACS) doesn't start.
