Symptom

In some circumstances, e.g. deletion change points still exist in transaction /SAPAPO/C5, if you run report ZAPO_LOOKU_PURGE to delete entries in table /SAPAPO/CIFLOOKU, it can lead to inconsistencies between APO and ECC.
