1684211 - In BI4 having a long hyperlink in a webi document can cause a crash when exporting to pdf

Symptom

Having a long opendocument link in a webi document and exporting or saving that document to pdf in Infoview can cause the following error:

FatalException occured. The cause was : com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.OCAFrameworkException$AllServicesDown: Unable to find servers in CMS CMSClusterName:port and cluster @CMSClusterName:port with kind webiserver and service null. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)(Error: INF)

If done in the Webi Rich Client it can crash the client without error.
