1684784 - Error: "Invalid CMS Connection Information" when applying a patch - Information Steward

• Error:  "CMSTestConnection - Test Connection Failed"
• Error:  "Invalid CMS Connection Information"
• When installing an Information Steward patch over an existing Information Steward installation, cannot connect to the CMS even though it is running and the CMS password is correct.
• During the upgrade, some parameters in the CMS connection screen are blank or not filled in.
• When looking at the test connection information in the setupengine logs, there are some parameters that are blank in this test connection, meaning it will never work.
• When copying and running the test connection command from the logs in a command prompt and adding in the missing parameters, the test connection works fine.
