Symptom

System was recently upgraded or newer patch or Support Package was applied;
When closing a SAP-GUI that was opened by the portal the message "Unsaved data will be lost. Do you want to log off?" is not being displayed anymore.

Logoff Message

Environment

Enterprise Portal (Release independent);
Software Component SAP_BASIS 7.10 to 7.30 and 7.00 to 7.02 (for SP level, check SAP Note 1508133 Prevent logoff dialog box if SAP GUI runs in NWBC;
