Symptom

  • Moment you click on the 'Edit' under 'Parameters' while scheduling a report we get the following error: Function IProcessRequest fail
  • If we check the event viewer and click on edit in CMC or Infoview get the following error:Event ID (35100) in Source (Crystal_JobServer) cannot be found.
    The Local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display message from a remote computer.
    You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE=flag to retrieve this description; See help and Support for details.
    The following information is part of the event APOSVTSGN: Invalid or expired runtime license.
