1685878 - How to upgrade CA Wily Introscope from the Right To View (RTV) version to the full version

• The Right To View version is a read only version which prohibits the administrator from creating custom management modules (creating simple alerts and custom dashboards) and using the built-in reporting features
• The Wily Agent is also locked such that it is also not possible to load standard PBD and PBL files or add custom instrumentation
