Symptom

  • The following errors are seen in WebIRichClient_<PID>_<Timestamp>_trace.log
  • ERROR: "2011/11/16 17:02:56.561 |>> | E | | 3720 | 2516 ||||||||||||||||** ERROR: LSIFileHandle: LSI invalid format: no domain folder [LsiFileHandle.cpp, 93] bo_file.cpp: 2110: bool __cdecl bo_fileutf8: CreateDir (const class bo_utf8string &): 35 TraceLog message"
  • ERROR: "2011/11/16 17:02:56.592 |>> | E | | 3720 | 2516 |bo_file |||||||||||||||: CreateDir (E:\UserA\Documents/My
    BusinessObjects Documents/LocData\Webi\Settings\FgzZw06oxAcALm4AAMDm.LcAeCvLNN..\Users)"
  • Some SI_CUID contain "." at the end of their string.  For example, if you run the following query on Query Builder: "select SI_NAME, SI_ID, SI_CUID from ci_systemobjects where SI_ID > 1 order by SI_ID", the result includes some SI_CUID which contain dot(s) at the end as in "Fo5E1U4RYwwAGWoAAMAG_rcAeCvLNN.."
  • ERROR: "Logon failed" displays on Web Intelligence Rich Client
