• The following error is given when an attempt is made to view a Web Intelligence report based on Teradata 13.10 ODBC connection:

The cause was : com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.OCAFrameworkException$AllServicesDown: Unable to find servers in CMS hostname.domain.com:6400 and cluster @host01.domain.com:6400 with kind webiserver and service null. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
