Symptom

  • Unable to open the MS Excel 2007 of the saved Web Intelligence report in xlsx format from BI Launch-pad of BI4.0 SP02 Patch 11.
  • Receiving the error “Excel found unreadable content in Report_name. Do you want to recover the contents of the workbook. If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes”
  • Issue is not occurring with newly created Web Intelligence reports
