Reproducing the Issue

which have a date field in it.

Create a Crystal Report based on Oracle View,

Cause

This is because of date format which are using in Oracle View

Resolution

Change the Oracle view date format to MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY format and use that view as a source to Crystal Designer.
