Symptom

  • BusinessObjects Enterprise Java SDK to check if "Use the export options defined in the report" checkbox is checked or unchecked in CMC.
  • This checkbox is in CMC -> Folders -> Select Properties of the Crystal Report, in Schedule or Default Settings Section, select Format, Choose the Format Option Microsoft Excel, PDF, Microsoft Word - Editable(RTF), Plain Text, Paginated Text, Separated values(CSV), XML and there is checkbox "Use the export options defined in the report".
