1687617 - Inflation Management - Error TK430 "Client has status 'not modifiable'" when maintaining Inflation Indexes

Symptom

When trying to maintain Inflation Index entries directly in a non-modifiable system (e.g. Production or Quality) via transaction S_ALR_87003624 or through SPRO, the system displays error message TK430:

"Client &1 has status 'not modifiable'"

The user is unable to save index values without being prompted for a transport request, or the system blocks the change entirely.
