1688078 - The Web Intelligence Server cannot be reached RWI 00236 with Dashboard and QaaWS

Symptom

When opening an Xcelsius Dashboard that contains a few Query As a Web Service queries with Optional Prompts, the Web Intelligence Processing Server crashes and the user gets this error:

"The Web Intelligence Server cannot be reached. Contact your Business Objects Administrator. (Error: RWI 00236)"

This error does not happen all the time but it's intermittent.
