Symptom
When trying to print a Crystal Report from the BI Launchpad in BI 4.0 using a Internet Explorer 8 browser, we get a blank dialog box and the printing doesn't work. This normally happens on some, but not all, client machines.
Also, when we hit the print option on the Crystal Viewer, the browser sometimes displays a message on the address bar saying "Running in Compatibility mode" or "Using Compatibility mode".

- Windows XP as the Client Machine
- Windows 2008 server as the Server.
- BI 4.0 or above.
- Internet Explorer 8 or above.
