1689228 - Amount of servers differ from amount of ports in the configuration

Symptom

The SAP Application Server JAVA startup fails due to the UME service (com.sap.security.core.ume.service) not being initialized and the below error is logged in the trace files (default trace file, std_server<x> and dev_server<x>). The issue is valid only for J2EE servers with LDAP configured as the UME backend:

J2EE Engine cannot be started. com.sap.engine.frame.ServiceException: Amount of servers differ from amount of ports in the configuration. Please check the LDAP configurationDataSource CORP_LDAP:Fatal: DataSource CORP_LDAP:Initialization of connection manager failed [EXCEPTION] com.sap.security.core.persistence. datasource.PersistenceException Core service com.sap.security.core.ume.service failed. J2EE Engine cannot be started.
