1690183 - In Strategy Management 10 a new report cannot be created and some drop down lists are not populated

Symptom

In Strategy Management 10, an administrator user can experience some problems when accessing the user interface:

  • Data Sources are not listed on the Report page of Preferences;
  • a new report cannot be created;
  • similarly the "Quarter over Quarter" drop lists are empty when the associated report for a KPI is created.
