In the Web Intelligence client, when formatting a number, one of the choices is "1,234.57;-1,234.57". When this is selected, numbers are not always shown with two (2) decimal places, for example: 100, 201.1, 57.93
It should display exactly 2 digits, even if they're 0's, for example: 100.00, 201.10, 57.93
