1691117 - The Desktop Intelligence Client takes a long time to log in and refresh when a server in a load balanced environment shuts down

Symptom

In a three machine cluster, when connecting or refreshing a already connected Desktop Intelligence (Deski) client in three tier mode and a machine in the cluster is powered off to simulate a hardware/OS failure. The Deski client takes up to five minutes to recover from the machine failure.
