Most PCM systems contain more models than are in active use on any given day. Any PCM system has its limitations and if all of these models were opened at the same time then system performance/reliability would be compromised.
Any given PCM installation will have been designed and specified with a maximum number of open models in mind. However, it is up to the PCM user community to manage this limit and make sure that the maximum number of open models is not exceeded. This Knowledge Based Article will show you how to do this.
