- When CMS Repository database is disconnected, CMS failover stops working after attempting the failover steps three times (this number may vary)
- Once it stops working, no longer able to recover even after database is connected unless CMS processes are killed and started.
Expected Behavior:CMS should be able to recover from database failover regardless of number of attempts.
