Symptom

After logging into the PCM Web Client and selecting a book the contents of that book don’t display properly. In the following example taken from the “VISION_CARS” model the “Profit Dashboard” book displays with the following problems:

  1. Missing buttons under the “Profitability” heading.
  2. Missing drop-down lists under dimension headings.
  3. Missing graph in the centre of the book.
  4. Missing grid on the right of the book.
