Symptom

  • Administrator account with Enterprise Authentication is facing the issue even when it has full control access on BI Launchpad and Workspace.
  • No BI Workspace and Module in application drop down list of Launchpad.
  • Existing BI Workspace and Modules are present but no view option for them in Launch pad and cannot create new workspace and modules.
