1692513 - Crystal report cannot connect to SAP BW

Symptom

  • Cannot create new Crystal Report using SAP Toolbar
  • Cannot connect to SAP BW system.  SAP Logon Control window pops up upon entering the credentials with following message:

Error: " SAP_CMINIT3 : rc=20 > Connect to SAP gateway failed"

  • Cannot open report saved on Business Objects Enterprise
  • Error "Unable to log on: Could not connect to server XXX.  Check that the server name is correct and that the server is running"
