• Fields truncate on printing a report with page size set to Letter
• How to print the report designed in legal page size to a letter page size

Crystal Reports 2011

1. Create a report with page size set to Legal
2. Populate the canvas with number of fields to fit the page
3. Then print this report from the designer with the page size set to Letter
4. Certain fields won’t be printed

While printing the report from the designer follow the steps given below:

1. Go to Print >> print preferences >> Advanced tab >> Image options >>  Application reduce/ Enlarge(Expert) >> set the value to 77%

     2. The preview will show certain fields missing however when the report is printed all the fields will be printed.
