Symptom
Getting “Service Unavailable” when accessing OSoft Web page through one of the following:
- IIS> Web Sites > Default Web Site > OSoft (Right Click) > Browse
- IIS> Web Sites > BPC (Right Click) > Browse
- http://localhost/osoft/
- http://<domain>:port/osoft/
Or
During installation of BPC (MS and NW) when asked to run the command line:
cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32BitAppOnWin64 “true”
The console returns with the following error:
C:\Inetpub\AdminScripts>cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32BitAppOnWin64 "true" Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.6 Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation 1996-2001. All rights reserved.

Getting log errors ID 2274 and 2268 in Event Viewer when trying to access Osoft.

ISAPI Filter 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_filter.dll' could not be loaded due to a configuration problem. The current configuration only supports loading images built for a AMD64 processor architecture. The data field contains the error number.
