Symptom

  • The following error occurs when trying to schedule a crystal report based on MS Access Database (.mdb) in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI):
    Error in File xxxx.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. Details: [Database Vendor Code: -1023 
  • Viewing the report may prompt for username and password, but there isn't any required to the mdb file
