1696439 - Changing the Default or Mandatory Locale in Portal

• You need to modify the request.defaultlanguage and request.defaultcountry properties to set the Portal Default Locale
• You need to modify the request.mandatorylanguage and request.mandatorycountry properties to set the Portal Mandatory Locale
• These properties are no longer defined in the Service Configuration area within the portal interface and you need to locate these in the NetWeaver Administrator (NWA) instead
