• "Error - Internal Error DSLNormalUniverseServiceProviderL72" encountered when changing data source location in Crystal Reports for Enterprise
• Error on changing Audit Universe in CR for Enterprise sample Audit Reports

• SAP BusinessObjects BusinessIntelligence 4.0 Support Pack 2
• Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.0 Support pack 2

1. Create Audit Database in Oracle.
2. Download sample Audit Universe and Reports for Oracle database from following SDN link in .biar format : http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-6175
3. Import both .biar the files to Repository.
4. Import Audit Universe and create a new connection in IDT pointing to Audit Database.
5. Publish the connection.
6. Change the connection of downloaded sample Universe to use connection created in step 4.
7. Export .unx file to BO Enterprise with different name.
8. Open any sample Audit Report and change the connection to new Universe.
9. "Error - [Internal Error DSLNormalUniverseServiceProviderL72" is received.

The Table Qualifier indicated in the Data Foundation layer of the Universe is incorrect.

1. Open the .unx Universe using Information Design Tool (IDT).
2. Open Data Foundation.
3. Right click on tables and from context menu choose Change Qualifier.
4. Browse to select the correct qualifier.
5. You need to repeat this step for each table.
6. Publish the universe to the Repository.
