Symptom

  • Error: A failure occurred while the server was processing report '<name of a report>' (id=<ID>) for user <User> (RCIRAS0567) in Even Log
  • Error: Timeout. (RCIRAS0244) in Event Log
  • When scheduling CrystalReports or selecting prompt values, "Timeout" error is displayed.
