1698078 - Change in behavior of prompt condition with '\' character

Symptom

  • Report creation with the prompt values which end with '\' suffix is fine. But when the report is ran again, it runs without any data for the selected prompts.
  • Further when we click on Edit Query we see that the 'List of Values' Operand changes to 'Constant' and the prompt values get clubbed which results in no data in the report.
