• When Saving Crystal Reports 2011 reports based on BEx query using SAP toolbar to BW and to BO simultaneously, Error : "An error occurred while saving and/or publishing. The return code 1 was returned from the server.Logon to Crystal Enterprise failed An error occurred when synchronizing folder hierarchy for role : <rolename> (EAS 30001)" is received
• If Reports get successfully published to BW system however missing from BOE
• When "Automatically Publish to Enterprise" option is unchecked, no error is received
